Deputy Lieutenant Colonel Chanjai Songwansaksri of Nong Prue Station responded to reports of a girl injured after falling from a pickup truck in front of Kao Pho Thong Temple on the Mab Prachan Reservoir road in Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. She reported being picked up by a man approximately 30 years old whom she had recently met on April 23. He claimed he would help her find a job after she completed her vocational training. The Mobile Development Unit 15 (MDU 15) of the Development Command has launched emergency assistance for residents affected by drought in Huai Khat District, providing water supplies to 35 households. On April 27, 2569, under the direction of Maj. Gen. Mahit Boonkrong, Commander of MDU 15, the unit deployed 12 disaster relief personnel and royal volunteer teams to aid drought-stricken communities in Huai Khat District, Uthai Thani Province.

The system converts brain activity into commands, stimulating neural pathways to trigger muscle movement. The approach is designed to support cognitive retraining and speed up recovery compared to traditional therapy, especially for stroke patients and those with paralysis or mobility limitations.

True stated the technology is currently being piloted with patients at major Thai hospitals to assess clinical effectiveness. Subject to positive results, it could be rolled out across the public health system.

At 5:30 a.m. on April 28, 2026, the Banbueng Moral Rescue Unit received an emergency call reporting a pregnant woman in active labor in a vehicle. The incident occurred before reaching the Nong Chak traffic light on Highway 344, near the Nong Chak checkpoint, on the way to Banbueng in Chachoengsao Province. Rescue volunteers coordinated with nearby teams and contacted emergency medical personnel at Banbueng Hospital for assistance.

Upon arrival, they found a white Toyota sedan with license plate Kor 9939 (Lamphun province) parked in a lot near the Nong Chak checkpoint. In the back seat, they discovered the young woman lying flat with a newborn baby partially delivered, still connected by the umbilical cord. Responders immediately performed first aid, cut the umbilical cord, cleaned the infant, and wrapped her in a clean, soft towel.

According to the nurse who assisted with the delivery, the newborn is a healthy baby girl with strong lungs and vigorous cries. Both mother and baby required continued care at the hospital.

Supol, the father (surname withheld), 30 years old, explained that his wife, Siriluk (surname withheld), 28, began experiencing labor pains on April 27. After visiting Banbueng Hospital without delivering, they returned to their accommodation. When contractions resumed, a neighboring guest drove the expectant mother back to the hospital. However, only halfway through the journey from their lodging in Taldamn subdistrict, Banbueng District, Chachoengsao, his wife could no longer hold back and delivered the baby in the vehicle.
