Mother Bow Feels Guilty and Apologizes to Daughter Mali, Opening Up About What She Never Knew—A Wake-Up Call for Parents

Actress Bow Vanda apologizes to daughter Mali after realizing her quiet resistance to moving houses wasn't stubbornness but concern for her grandfather being left alone, prompting reflection on the importance of patient listening in parenti

27 Apr Khaosod

Bow Vanda recounts a touching moment with her daughter Mali Pakawyn that revealed a side of her child she had never understood before. When discussing plans to purchase a new house to give Mali her own room as she was growing up, Bow explained her intentions—including a gallery room, Mali's bedroom, her own room, and space for grandmother. Mali initially seemed withdrawn and quiet. When Bow asked what was wrong, Mali finally spoke: "Why do we need to buy a new house? If we move to the new place, where will grandpa stay? Will he be alone?" This revelation stopped Bow in her tracks. Mali wasn't being difficult—she was worried about her grandfather being left behind.

Bow realized her daughter's concern came from a place of love and care, not stubbornness. She apologized to Mali, explaining that she hadn't meant to show annoyance. Mali responded gracefully: "It's okay, mom. I'm fine with what we have. I don't want you to work yourself tired. You've already given us everything."

Bow reflects on this moment as a humbling lesson in motherhood. She admits that if she had been more patient and listened for just five more minutes instead of reacting with frustration, she would have understood Mali's thoughtful concern. She emphasizes to other parents that sometimes what appears as withdrawn behavior is actually a child showing deep care and sensitivity. Bow and Mali may not express love with daily words or sweet gestures, but their actions speak volumes. Mali appears tough on the surface, but she is actually sensitive and considerate. Bow urges parents facing similar situations to stay calm, give their children time to explain, and truly listen before reacting. You might discover your child's beautiful heart before it's too late.

Lucky Wins for Many as Two Spirits Possess Bodies at Ancestral Shrine Ceremony to Reveal Winning Three-Digit Lottery Numbers

Two ancestral spirits possessed villagers during a ceremony at Phu Pho Phraya Kaew shrine in Uthai Thani province on April 27, revealing lottery number 107 that residents plan to play on May 2.

27 Apr Khaosod

On April 27, 2025, residents from Baan Nari village in Lap Lae district, Uthai Thani province gathered for the annual merit-making ceremony at Phu Pho Phraya Kaew shrine, an ancestral spirit house that residents believe protects their community. The ceremony takes place yearly after Songkran, with villagers offering roasted pig, duck, boiled chicken, fruits, alcohol, cigarettes, and various offerings to honor the ancestral spirits.

This year was particularly special as villagers collectively created a life-size statue of Chao Mae Chaba Kaew, a beautiful young woman with long hair styled in a traditional bun, dressed in white Thai clothing, navy sarong, and yellow shawl. According to local accounts, the spirit of Phu Pho Phraya Kaew previously possessed a villager and revealed that Chao Mae Chaba Kaew resides in a bodhi tree near Wat Don Sak school. The spirit requested that Chao Mae Chaba Kaew join as a guardian spirit, noting her previous success in granting lottery winnings to villagers.

During the ceremony, as the statue was lifted onto the shrine, a young woman participating in the ritual began to sway with tears flowing—villagers recognized this as Phu Pho Phraya Kaew possessing her. Subsequently, Chao Pho Dam Mai Kha Kham, a spirit from nearby Baan Tom Muang shrine, also possessed a 50-year-old woman. When the two spirits encountered each other, they performed a traditional sword-swallowing display while drummers and musicians provided rhythm.

After the ceremony, lottery enthusiasts prayed at the statue of Chao Mae Chaba Kaew seeking blessings. During a divination ritual, the number 107 appeared, which residents considered auspicious and planned to use for the next lottery draw on May 2, 2025.

27 Apr Khaosod

On April 27, 2025, Sopho Prachakkrit Saythip, founder of the "Kamphaeng Phet Complaint" Facebook page, visited a riverside noodle shop in Nong Pling subdistrict, Muang district, Kamphaeng Phet province, following a complaint from 60-year-old Ms. Malay (surname withheld). She reported being assaulted by her 70-year-old brother, Chalaeo (surname withheld), and threatened with a gun over a land dispute.

The conflict involves inherited land left by their parents for family use and livelihood. The property was never formally divided among siblings. Chalaeo previously lived there and became a Buddhist monk over 20 years ago. After disrobing and returning home, he suddenly claimed the land belonged to him and cordoned off the area around his sister's noodle shop with rope and wooden stakes.

On April 17, when many customers arrived at the shop, Ms. Malay removed the rope to provide seating. Chalaeo then walked across the street and struck her in the head with a soup ladle, causing bruising and swelling above her left eye. He then brandished a shotgun and threatened, "If anyone cuts this rope, I'll shoot you all dead," terrifying the customers.

Ms. Malay filed a police report at Muang Kamphaeng Phet station, fearing for her safety. She stated that her brother frequently watches her house and has repeatedly threatened violence. She contacted the Facebook page administrator for help.

Her 25-year-old niece, Namthip (surname withheld), who owns the noodle shop, confirmed that after Chalaeo disrobed, he claimed their grandparents gave him the land and cordoned it off. When she removed the rope to accommodate the large number of customers and lack of seating, she was struck with a soup ladle and threatened with gunfire. Customers have been unable to park or sit safely.

Not This Time! Pu Montri Sets the Record Straight with Teng Therdteing, Sharing His Own Version

Veteran actor Pu Montri Jenuksorn cleared up conflicting details about his first meeting with comedian Teng Therdteing, revealing he hired Teng as a tuk-tuk driver in Sukhothai years ago and predicted the entertainer's eventual stardom.

27 Apr Khaosod

Veteran actor and voice artist Pu Montri Jenuksorn posted a video with the caption "Montie needs to make a statement 555" responding to Teng Therdteing's account on a radio show with host Nong Chachachat. Teng had recounted meeting Pu Montri when he was driving a tuk-tuk in Sukhothai, but the details didn't match Pu Montri's version, prompting the humorous response.

The exchange revealed the true story: Pu Montri was touring from Chiang Mai through Lampang and Lampun before reaching Sukhothai, where he hired a tuk-tuk driver to show him the city sights. Teng was waiting for customers and singing when Pu Montri approached, and it was Teng who volunteered to give him a ride, not the other way around. Pu Montri was impressed by Teng's beautiful voice throughout the journey and even predicted he would become a star one day—a prophecy that came true.

Pu Montri also clarified he played "Mountain Man," not "Mountain Tiger" (which starred Sorapong Chatree as the lead), and praised Teng's talent and success as a comedian. The post sparked nostalgic comments from fans recalling their collaboration in the popular sitcom "Bomb Therdteing - Bomb Noon Straightway" and requesting more memories from that era.
