Bayern Munich hosted the defending champions PSG at the Allianz Arena, with PSG having won the first leg 5-4.
PSG struck early, with Ousmane Dembélé finishing in the third minute after Kvicha Kvaratskhelia's assist to make it 1-0. In the 33rd minute, a PSG free kick from the right led to close chances, with Manuel Neuer making a crucial save. Bayern had chances too, with Jamal Musiala forcing a strong save from Matvey Safonov in the 44th minute. PSG led 1-0 at halftime.
In the second half, PSG continued to create opportunities. Desiré Dué had chances in the 56th minute, Kvaratskhelia came close in the 57th, and Dué again tested Neuer in the 64th minute. Bayern mounted pressure late in the match, with Luis Díaz's attempt saved by Safonov in the 69th minute. Bradley Barcola forced another save from Neuer in the 88th minute.
Bayern equalized in the 94th minute when Harry Kane received a through ball from Alphonso Davies and finished with a clinical left-footed strike. The match ended 1-1, but PSG advanced 6-5 on aggregate to reach the final.
