Mind Presents Evidence to Rebut Claims, Clarifies Mother Transferred Land to Two Children; Warns Those Spreading False Information to Expect Legal Action
Mind Laphatsalal released land title documents as evidence to counter claims in a family property dispute involving her husband Phai Sunistha and his sister Trai Sirinath over a Hua Hin house. She clarified that their mother transferred the property to both siblings and warned that anyone spreading false information online should expect legal action, accepting only monetary apologies.
Mind Laphatsalal, wife of Phai Sunistha, has posted land title documents for the Hua Hin property showing both Phai Sunistha and Trai Sirinath as owners, providing evidence that their mother transferred the property to both of them rather than just one person as previously claimed. This comes after Trai Sirinath publicly accused her brother Phai of multiple instances of harassment and their mother of pursuing an inheritance lawsuit over the Hua Hin house allegedly left by their grandfather. Phai had previously clarified that the original house belonged to their grandfather, who distributed it to his children including their mother. He explained that their mother transferred her share to both him and Trai, but initiated legal action due to property damage, unauthorized occupation by outsiders, and misuse of common assets—seeking to reclaim the property for security purposes. Mind warned that anyone posting defamatory, false, or distorted comments intended to incite hatred should expect legal action, stating she will only accept monetary apologies and will not accept other forms of reconciliation.
