A hot-headed motorcycle rider has been arrested for stabbing a car driver to death following a minor traffic collision. The incident occurred when Chalermkiart Praphasat, 39, was driving a black Honda Civic with his wife from a Forest Department residence in Nonthaburi's Muang district when the vehicle scraped against a motorcycle driven by Veeraphat, 22.
