9-Year-Old Boy's Leg Trapped Between Rocks at Waterfall, Rescue Underway

A nine-year-old boy's leg became trapped in a rocky crevice at a waterfall, alarming everyone in the area. At 3:07 PM on May 1, 2569, rescue teams from Soong Noen District in Nakhon Ratchasima Province received an emergency call about an injured child with a leg wedged between rocks at Wang Nern Waterfall in Old Maklueag Subdistrict. Rescue personnel and local rescue volunteers immediately rushed to the scene and found the boy with his right leg firmly trapped in a rocky crevice in the stream, unable to move. According to initial questioning, the boy had been playing in the water normally but mistepped, causing his leg to slide into the rock crevice, and he couldn't pull it out himself. Rescue officials proceeded carefully with the extraction and successfully freed the child safely in a short amount of time. The boy remained conscious but experienced pain in his right leg. First aid was administered before he was transferred to Soong Noen Hospital for further medical examination.
