On May 11-12, 2025, the TO BE NUMBER ONE network held its annual seminar at the Diamond Hall on the 5th floor of Asia Airport Hotel in Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province, with Dr. Srutkpun Chakkrapun Na Ayutthaya, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Mental Health, presiding over the opening ceremony.
Dr. Srutkpun stated that this seminar represented an important milestone for the nationwide TO BE NUMBER ONE network, bringing members together to learn about competition criteria and guidelines for provinces, districts, Bangkok zones, and clubs for 2025. Attendance this year exceeded 1,300 participants, marking record participation compared to previous years.
The seminar was graced by senior administrators from provinces, districts, and Bangkok, as well as representatives from various TO BE NUMBER ONE clubs from regional provinces and Bangkok, along with competition judges, coordination committees, and mental health department officials from various areas. All worked collectively to advance the TO BE NUMBER ONE project, fulfilling the vision of promoting nationwide participation and cultivating a new generation that embodies the program's values. Over 23 years of continuous implementation, the TO BE NUMBER ONE initiative has achieved remarkable success in fostering youth and members with resilience, capability, goodness, and happiness—living by the principle of "being number one without drug dependence."
During the seminar, Mom Luang Yupadi Siriwan, the TO BE NUMBER ONE project advisor and secretary-general of the TO BE NUMBER ONE Foundation, delivered a special lecture on the competition criteria and guidelines for provinces, districts, zones, and clubs participating in the 2025 competition, providing direction for network members.
