The Genz Stage 3 Ditto Championship Selects Representatives for Japan Competition
Young golfers compete in the Ditto Championship at Treasure Hill Golf Club in Chonburi on May 16-17, with top finishers earning spots to represent Thailand at the Yonex Junior Golf Championship in Japan.
The Genz Limited and Ditto (Thailand) Public Limited Company are hosting the third stage of their ongoing youth development program with the 'Ditto Championship 2026' youth golf tournament on May 16-17 at Treasure Hill Golf Club in Chonburi Province. This stage will definitively identify which Super GENZ and Junior GENZ players earn quota spots to represent Thailand at the Yonex Junior Golf Championship 2026 in Japan.
The tournament represents a golden opportunity for young golfers in both divisions, with the top six players based on cumulative scores from stages 1-3 earning the right to compete at the Yonex Junior Golf Championship 2026 in Japan. Winners will also gain entry to the GENZ CREW program, which provides top three finishers with complimentary participation in 2027 competitions and access to the specialized GENZ Mind Training Camp, developed through collaboration with Golfing Ground and FlowCode team to enhance mental game skills. Additionally, all 28 qualified golfers from stages 1-5 will participate in a golf camp later this year.
This year's tournament has been elevated to world standards through The Universal Golf Ranking (TUGR) and Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS) systems. The TUGR system is widely used by coaches from leading American universities for player recruitment. All participants accumulate rankings that will be used by international college scouts. Beyond stage prizes, athletes can also qualify for the 2027 Order of Merit program, granting 12 selected players complimentary entry to all GENZ Golf Tour events next year.
