Police and firefighters in Maryland, USA, responded to rescue a dog found stranded on the roof of a two-story townhouse, alarming nearby residents. The incident occurred on Tuesday, with the Baltimore County Police Department reporting via social media (@baltcopolice) that officers from District 12 station in Dundalk received a call after someone spotted the dog on a residential rooftop.

Upon arrival, officers coordinated with a nearby neighbor who allowed police to enter the home to plan their approach. Officer A. Flores accessed the second-floor back window as an entry point and carefully climbed onto the sloped roof to help the stranded dog.
