What things do you need to stop doing? "In my case, I don't do multiple activities each day that are overdone. Personally, I'm someone who plans things like finishing this task by this time, then going somewhere else. I like planning, so I need to give myself some flexibility."

Many people worry that high stress could lead to depression. How do you see it? "Personally, I see it as more about managing one's mind. If I had depression today, I don't think I'd reach that point for sure. But I think when you're doing a lot of things and using your brain for a lot, you just need to know yourself. I can tell others this, but I need to tell myself too. Just manage your life schedule well, then you won't stress, stress less, and rest more. Exercise in a balanced way."

Are you afraid of the word depression? "For me, I'm not afraid of depression. I'm more afraid of myself not wanting to rest much. My mental health is fine, but my physical health might not be that great right now. I'm recovering."

What about your heart? "My heart is strong. Nobody has come in. (Is it unclear?) Nobody yet. I want to be a rare item. Just joking. Right now I can't even manage myself, so I can't look after others. Once I take good care of myself, then I can care for others."
