Long queues formed as locals lined up to receive free fuel. The dealership owner announced plans to continue the program monthly, distributing 250 full tanks this round.
At 5 p.m. on May 8, 2569, a reporter from Prachuap Khiri Khan covered the community service initiative at Siam Car used vehicle lot in Khlong Rang Sub-district, Sri Maha Pho District, Prachuap Khiri Khan. The dealership launched a "Give Back to Society" campaign offering free full-tank 91 benzene fuel to motorcyclists. The announcement drew crowds of residents who rushed to register their motorcycles for the program, creating impressively long queues.
Large promotional signs were posted along the roadway, with staff on hand to inform passersby about the initiative. The requirements for receiving free fuel were simple: motorcyclists only needed to become Facebook page members of the dealership and share the promotional post to qualify for an immediate full-tank fill-up.
Sirinuth Patthajaraniphai, the first customer in line, shared his appreciation: "I came for the first spot. A friend who follows the dealership page told me about it. I'm truly grateful for this kind of program. Times are tough economically, and fuel prices keep climbing. Getting a free full tank really helps people like me who commute daily."
Owner Chavaree Satayapongthitti revealed the campaign's purpose was to support residents during economic hardship. She noted that the previous round gave out 120 fill-ups but struggled to meet demand, so they added free rice distributions. She committed to making this a monthly event to ease the burden on residents of Khlong Rang and surrounding areas. "Siam Car is dedicated to continuing this program," she concluded.
