Arsenal has announced the signing of French goalkeeper Illan Meslier on a free transfer. The player has agreed to a two-year contract with an option to extend for an additional year.

Khlong San District has issued a temporary ban on entering and using buildings adjacent to the water seepage point that penetrated the southern purple-line BTS tunnel, lasting until further notice. The district is urgently securing temporary accommodations for affected residents.

The water leak occurred on July 8 in the BTS tunnel construction zone between Tao Pun and Rat Burana stations near the Wangwien intersection, causing structural damage to the tunnel and nearby buildings, as well as Bangkok property loss. Authorities evacuated residents from the affected area and launched investigations into the cause.

On July 9, Khlong San District Office posted an official notice stating: "Khlong San District Office announcement requesting cooperation to prohibit entry and use of buildings."
