No crash expected! Pracha confident Pao Tang app will handle Thai Help Thai Plus registrations this Monday
The Pao Tang app is ready to handle Thai Help Thai Plus registrations starting May 25th, with officials confident the system will process applications smoothly based on successful past performance.
At 8:00 AM on May 22nd at Government House, Pracha Perisnanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, discussed preparations for Thai Help Thai Plus registrations through the Pao Tang application on May 25th. The original half-price card program will be registered through Krung Thai Bank, for which the Ministry of Finance is responsible. Previous registrations have proceeded smoothly, and Pracha expressed confidence that Krung Thai Bank, having handled similar registrations multiple times before, will manage the May 25th registration without issues. He anticipated no problems during the May 25-29 registration period. When asked whether today's Digital Government Development Committee meeting would address criminal history issues that the government is pushing to combat, Pracha said the meeting may not delve into detailed specifics, but the government continues to drive the initiative forward, particularly through the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, which will link data. The Prime Minister has emphasized the importance of government agencies disclosing information, and many agencies have already begun implementation to allow the public sector to utilize this data, which is currently in process.
