Nana Rybena has clarified the status of her creditor disputes, explaining that creditors with whom she has negotiated have agreed to installment payment plans based on her ability to pay, while those pursuing legal action are still in mediation and court proceedings. In a lengthy social media post, she confirmed that every day since the situation began, she has directed her work income toward debt repayment and has continuously worked to resolve the problems. Regarding the fraud case involving Nana Rybena and Way THAITANIUM currently under court examination, the plaintiff's lawyer revealed that the defendants have not contacted them regarding compensation, with 39 witnesses prepared to testify beginning on June 8, 2025. One of the victims, Jensuda Pantoh, a former close friend, stated that she will now accept karma and considers their friendship ended. Nana's statement emphasized her commitment to working diligently and progressively addressing all issues within her capability, asking for continued support and understanding from her followers and customers who have supported her live shopping broadcasts throughout this ordeal.
