Mr. Kritsada (surname withheld), 33, admitted to the crime and claimed he acted on a sudden impulse. According to his account, he deceived the girl by asking her to help collect scrap metal to make a chicken coop, but once at the isolated location, he pulled a knife on her throat to force her into sexual acts. He then threatened to keep a video recording of the assault and warned her not to tell anyone, though he later admitted he never actually recorded anything. After the incident, the victim reported the crime to investigators at Mueang Kamphaeng Phet Police Station. Officers immediately secured the scene and gathered evidence. Given the serious trauma inflicted on the victim, investigators filed three major charges: rape with weapons and violence, taking a minor aged 15 to 18 years old for indecent purposes, and abduction of a minor from parental custody. Although the suspect initially denied the allegations to media, he later confessed during police questioning and was immediately detained. The victim, a 16-year-old girl, is being interviewed by a multidisciplinary team according to child protection laws, with psychological support being arranged for her recovery.
