Noes Udom Returns With Comeback Solo Dubbed 'Debt-Free Mic'
Thai entertainer Noes Udom announces a comeback solo performance called 'Debt-Free Mic' after staff members defrauded him, forcing him to mortgage his properties to recover from the financial losses.
Thai entertainer Noes Udom has revealed he's making a comeback with a solo performance he's dubbing the 'Debt-Free Mic,' citing financial devastation caused by fraud perpetrated by his own staff members. Udom appeared on the talk show Kammakorn Khao: Khui Nok Jao with host Sarayut to discuss his struggles, disclosing that associates absconded with his credit cards and committed fraud, leaving him financially ruined and forced to mortgage his properties.
Udom expressed the emotional toll of his situation, recounting how one associate even defrauded him and his wife, who subsequently fled. The case resulted in a 20-year prison sentence at the district court level, with no bail granted. Udom admitted he had never publicly discussed these troubles before, and revealed that even his large houses have been mortgaged to recover from the financial losses.
Despite his hardships, Udom previously pursued a passion project to build an art gallery on riverside land in the Bung Kum area, but the narrow plot depth made construction impractical under Bangkok's setback requirements. He characterized himself as foolish for not fully vetting the property before purchase. Host Sarayut sympathized with Udom's situation, noting that despite his success as an entertainer, his real life has been marked by considerable suffering, and at his age he should be able to enjoy peace rather than still struggling financially.
