Head coach Oat Kiartipong Ratchatakeryingkrai revealed the team's readiness after all 30 players joined the camp. The coach explained that after the full squad assembled, players were divided into groups to assess individual readiness. This week's training focuses on VNL preparation with practice matches planned against Serbia today with the men's team as opponents, China on Saturday, and further strategy development. Coach Oat emphasized three key scoring skills to develop this year: the jump serve with a powerful shot reaching 90 kilometers per hour, which Omsorn Sasiphaproa Janthavisoot currently executes; the hybrid serve at 80 kilometers per hour, which Beam Pimpichaya Kaagram has mastered; and the jump serve at 70 kilometers per hour, which over half the team can perform. The other two focuses are blocking technique for each position and ball striking skills.
