The first victim, 28-year-old Off, reported that after approximately ten minutes of exposure, the powder-like substance wouldn't wash off easily. He required eight hair washes when he returned home, and experienced severe eye irritation and itching throughout the night, with convulsions every two hours. His physical reaction and the substance's behavior—clumping together and adhering to his neck—suggested something beyond ordinary talcum powder.

A second victim, 44-year-old Art, was also identified in the video. He initially thought the incident was just content creation but later discovered the substance wasn't typical talcum powder when it proved resistant to washing. After six to seven wash attempts, he experienced persistent eye irritation and recognized the substance contained insecticide after viewing the social media post.

Kan Jompluang's team conducted a demonstration with reporters, applying talcum powder, rice flour, and insecticide adhesive to skin. While the first two substances washed off easily, the insecticide adhesive was difficult to remove and caused a cooling, burning sensation on the treated area. Police are awaiting medical examination results before proceeding with formal assault charges against Bird Wanwangwang.

A 40,000-liter oil tanker destined for Laos overturned in Nan Province, spilling 5,000 liters of fuel across the road on April 27. The accident occurred on the Thung Chang-Chaloem Phra Kiat Highway (kilometer 482) in Ban Chaloem Raj, Pon Subdistrict, Thung Chang District. Initial investigation revealed that the tanker was en route to make a delivery to Laos when it lost control while navigating a curve, causing the trailer to swerve and the vehicle to flip. Approximately 5,000 liters of the total 40,000-liter cargo leaked out. The 52-year-old driver was safely extracted from the vehicle. Authorities determined that improper cornering technique caused the trailer to swing out uncontrollably, resulting in the rollover. Local agencies immediately closed off the accident site, managed traffic flow for the public, and applied absorbent powder to contain the oil spill and prevent its spread, while also expediting cleanup of the roadway to prevent additional accidents.
